We had Tyler from Titan out on a Sunday morning to service a broken spring, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Tyler thoroughly explained what all needed to be fixed (springs, end-bearings, drums and rollers), laid out the pricing and had everything done within 90 minutes. He even replaced the rollers free of charge. What started as a rough Sunday turned out great because of Titan!
